Teacher Survey
Independent TEACHER Survey for SAU16

The Cooperative Middle School in SAU 16 is considering a number of policy changes at the school, including
whether students should be taught where students of different abilities are taught together in the same
classroom and differentiated instruction is used, or in separate classrooms so students of different abilities can
receive separate instruction.

Parents and educators support both positions and there are good reasons to support each.  We as concerned
parents would like to get your opinion, as teachers of students who are currently teaching in middle school or
the high school.

confidential and your identity will not be known
